At Venture Trust, we are looking for another Outdoor Therapist based in Fife (though may be asked to work in other localities) to join one of our locality teams on a fixed-term basis until the end of March 2026. Our Outdoor Therapists work with people experiencing complex life circumstances. They provide Outdoor Therapy in the hope to support clients to move forwards in ways that are meaningful for them. They work with clients to explore and reflect through individual (and sometimes) group therapy.

The post of Health Improvement Coordinator is an opportunity to reach out to communities disproportionately affected by HIV, in particular gay, bisexual and all men who have sex with men, and people from African communities or of African heritage. The Coordinator will educate and raise awareness of HIV, offer advice and support around HIV prevention, including HIV testing in community settings and access to condoms. The role will also provide support services for all people living with HIV in the Highland area, through community-based interventions focusing on reducing HIV stigma and improving wellbeing. The post holder will manage a caseload and work with individuals to better understand their needs and identify opportunities for them to develop.
As part of the Health Improvement Team, this post will collaborate with other team members to develop learning, skills, and best practice to support individuals. Referrals come through East Renfrewshire HSCP Healthier Minds hub and you will be expected to counsel a range of vulnerable young people aged 10-18 years who may be experiencing emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties. You will have an understanding of adolescent development, be able to identify emotional and mental health problems in young people and where appropriate refer on to higher tiered mental health services.
You will be required to maintain confidential records, provide regular statistical reports and contribute to the development and evaluation of this project.

Our Hospital to Home services form a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.
We are looking for a Community Support Coordinator to join our amazing team in the West area. This role is focused on making sure that people affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions get the help they need and get back to doing the things that matter to them.
Through our Community Support Services, you will support people to have the confidence and tools to self-manage their health condition and live as independently as possible. You’ll also help people get back to doing the things that are important to them – from simple things like walking to their local shop following a stroke, to returning to a sky-high hobby of gliding!
You’ll be directly involved in supporting people with chest, heart and stroke conditions through both one-to-one and group services in both community and hospital settings. You’ll work with the rest of the Community Support Services team in Ayrshire and Arran and manage a team of incredible volunteers, to make a real difference to the lives of people with our conditions.
Candidates don’t need to have medical knowledge as training is provided on our health conditions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards people with disabilities and long-term conditions; an understanding of the challenges faced by people with chest, heart and stroke conditions including Long Covid; an understanding of community service provision; the ability to recruit, manage and motivate a team of volunteers; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Regenfx Youth Trust have established a dedicated intensive support outreach service for 13 – 25yr olds affected by alcohol & substance use.
The GIVIT is a 7- day a week service that includes evening & weekends. We use early intervention with blend of Youth Work, CBT Counselling, and a fully supported Recovery Model.
We are recruiting a Youth Support Worker who may have personal experience of alcohol or substance recovery and genuinely interested in working with young people.
You will support young people who will be embarking on their own recovery journeys. You will also be assisting in the recruiting, training and supporting of the GIVIT Youth Advisory Panel. You should be able to build solid relationships with young people based on trust, mutual respect, care and compassion.
You should be a minimum of 18 months into your own recovery journey.
The Youth Support Worker will engage with young people during groupwork and drop-ins who require low level intervention, learn how to undertake assessments and work with young people participating in the GIVIT Youth Advisory Panel. You will be responsible for opening bases, welcoming people and helping with team administration functions to support the satellite bases.
Experience of working with young people and engaging them in services successfully is desirable but not essential.

We use a blend of Youth Work, rapid access to CBT Counsellors backed up with a fully supported Recovery Model to help young people consider their own personal recovery needs.
Due to the exceptional high demand for the service and The GIVIT exceeding their targets in the first year by 92%, we are expanding our skilled staff team to include an Early Interventions Navigator specifically for young people 12 – 16yrs who are at the beginning of escalating their alcohol and substance use.
The Early Interventions Navigator will provide 1 to 1 support and groupwork for the young people participating in the service. You will be given full training and excellent support from your colleagues including the opportunity to shadow in the first instance. You must be able to build solid relationships with young people based on trust, mutual respect, care and compassion. You will need to be a natural motivator who can work with a small caseload effectively.
This is a 7-day a week service that includes some evening & weekends. All work is done in person we have no working from home arrangements.
