You will be helping disabled children and young people feel unstoppable.

As Education Inclusion Officer, you will work directly with children and young people aged 4 to 25 affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, breaking down the barriers that limit their participation and enjoyment of education.

You will be the person who builds bridges between pupils, families, and schools; ensuring that every child is understood, included, and given the chance to thrive.

Whether supporting school staff to adapt classrooms, helping families advocate for their child’s rights, or empowering a young person to be heard, you will play a key role in creating inclusive, welcoming environments where all children can flourish.

The role also requires a full driving licence and access to a car for business use.
