Stable Life is a successful, highly respected charity based in the Scottish Borders. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and learning experience utilising Equine Facilitated Wellness to help disadvantaged young people reach their full potential, and become healthier and happier with aspirations and dreams for the future.

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to help change lives by leading our Project Team to deliver our programmes to a range of young people who are experiencing various challenges in their lives - in school, at home or in the community.

It is essential that candidates will have experience of leading and managing a team, experience, knowledge and skills working with vulnerable young people and their families as well as experience of working with horses. Essential qualifications include HND and/or SVQ Level 4 or above in Social Care or other relevant subject such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Education or other relevant Health Care Practice.

Excellent communication skills, track record of managing projects, good organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative are essential.
