Thenue Housing Association has approximately 75 staff and provides high quality housing with a stock base of
approximately 3,000 properties in our six main communities as well as 21 supported accommodation projects,
mainly located in Glasgow. We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners within our communities.
Our Property Services Department is responsible for the Asset Management and Development functions of the
association. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide a full administrative
support to the Property Services Team. Working with the Property Services Manager, you would be responsible for
implementing the annual gas & electrical safety programme for all properties, maintaining good records for
compliance and be the first point of contact for tenant queries in relation to both major repair and cyclical
maintenance contracts.
You will be based in our registered office, 423 London Road, but we also operate a hybrid model of working (a mixture
of home and office working) together with a Flexible First approach.
You will be responsible to the Property Services Manager (Assets) who along with other members of the Property
Services team will provide support during the period of training and when carrying out the role.
You will work with other members of the Property Services team to ensure delivery of a first-class service.
Experience in providing front-line services to customers and a housing management background would be
advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be prepared to put the customer
first and go the extra mile. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative as
well as the ability to prioritise your workload.
