Includem requires an experienced Team Manager to lead our services based in Aberdeen on a 12-month fixed-term basis, to cover a period of maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team that is co-located at Craigielea Children’s Centre, working in partnership with Aberdeen Children and Family Social Work.

With proven experience of managing and supervising professional individuals delivering high quality services, you will be able to maximise service delivery resources efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of children, young people, and families.
