As Head of People & Organisational Development, you will develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with our strategic objectives, ensuring that both our programmes and the people we support remain at the heart of our work. About the Role
As our Head of Housing (Temporary Accommodation) you will ensure Right There continues to support adults and families taking their first steps toward independent living by providing facilitated access to privately rented properties or removing the barrier of an upfront deposit through our Help to Rent programme. The successful candidate will be expected to grow both our landlord and property portfolio across Glasgow and explore future opportunities to deliver accommodation through the private rented sector where need is identified.
Working closely with our maintenance team you will ensure we continually develop this dynamic and consistent service, which builds on current positive relationships and housing networks, increasing the options for people we support. Housing standards, health and safety and contractual compliance will be a key focus for this role.

We are recruiting for the newly created role of Property Maintenance & Health and Safety Manager to join our Property Services team.
The Property team manages a portfolio of over 400 properties across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and Orkney. The post holder will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team via the Maintenance Supervisor as well as provide cover for the Head of Property when required. The Health and Safety element of the role will feed into the wider organisation and will be the point of contact for our programmes.

We are recruiting for a Programme Health and Safety Lead to join us on a part time basis. The post holder will provide strategic and hands on health and safety assistance to our programmes and support services, ensuring all functions of the organisation comply with current health and safety legislation, acts, regulations, official guidance and standards.
The role is working 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours of work can be split flexibly throughout the week in agreement with the line manager. The role will be office based for the first 2-3 months, home working will then be in agreement with the line manager, based on the needs of the service.

We’re looking for someone that has gained experience in a similar role with IOSH registration and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. We are recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator to develop our Adult Mentoring programme. This is a newly created role and the post-holder will coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of a community-based adult mentoring service for people we support within Right There programmes.
The Volunteer Coordinator will have responsibility for engagement, recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision of volunteer mentors and the ongoing support of mentee and mentor matches and liaison.
