Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Income Generation and Engagement Team as a CRM Database Coordinator!

As a CRM Database Coordinator, you will support the promotion of all CHAS supporter activities and products by developing cost effective marketing across all channels and maximising value from existing and potential supporters.

You will be part of a small team providing specialist technical expertise in the day-to-day running and management of the CRM and the relevant processes and procedures which allow the smooth management of data and financial information.

About you

  • You will have demonstrable knowledge of CRM Databases, Excel and Microsoft Office Software Applications.
  • An enthusiasm for data, with significant experience in the coordination and administration of databases and working knowledge of GDPR
  • Relevant industry qualifications, with demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Highly effective team working skills, with an ability to collaborate with others and develop strong and effective working relationships across the organisation.
  • Meticulous approach to planning, strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Accountable for self, actions and decisions
  • An innovative and tenacious individual with a real team-working ethic that identifies with CHAS’s core values, vision and purpose.
