Are you driven by a passion for impactful fundraising within the charity sector? We are seeking a proactive and
strategic Senior Fundraiser with experience across diverse income streams, someone who can bring creativity and
best practices to a mission-driven, values-led organisation.
Your role and impact
In this newly created position, you will play a key role in increasing our income, enabling us to broaden our reach
and enhance our effectiveness as the only charity in the country exclusively dedicated to providing expert and
personalised support for those impacted by Huntington’s disease.
As a Senior Fundraiser, you will collaborate closely with our committed team, working alongside colleagues from
different departments to align our fundraising strategies with the organisation’s overarching goals. You will
have the chance to design and implement dynamic fundraising initiatives that will directly benefit our cause.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Applying for grants from trusts and foundations
• Developing and executing an individual giving strategy focused on audience insights
• Managing portfolios, marketing and stewardship
• Cultivating relationships with new partners to engage in various fundraising products

Note: Your annual leave and public holidays are combined, with four mandatory public holidays that must be taken from

Place of work
This position follows a home-working or hybrid model. You will be required to occasionally travel to attend staff and
departmental meetings as well as fundraising events. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential
requirements for this role.
Working hours
The is a full-time role (36 hours). Occasionally, some hours may need to be worked outside of standard working hours,
including evenings and some weekends.
