At Rowan Alba we specialise in supporting people who have lived on the streets, sometimes for many years. At our Stramullion development we create a supportive community where each client is able to live with dignity.

We believe in empowering our clients to make their own choices and encourage them to live as independently as they can. If you share our values and want to make a positive impact, then we warmly invite you to apply for the position of Support Worker at Stramullion in Edinburgh.

We are now actively searching for a Support Worker to join our team at Stramullion in Edinburgh. We have a full-time, permanent position available at a charitable organisation that is committed to helping those in Scotland experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.

As a Support Worker, you will be working with women who may have complex health needs, including those related to homelessness, as well as individuals struggling with addiction and challenging behaviours.
