Administrative Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)

Role

We are excited to be recruiting an Administrative Officer to work within our Corporate Services team. This is a key post and will involve the successful candidate being deployed to teams to efficiently support the administrative and governance requirements of their programmes enabling them to focus on the programme outcomes, as well as supporting all other corporate services as necessary, including HR, data protection, IT and information security, finance, health and safety and facilities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • previous experience of working in a similar sized organisation
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • able to multi-task and deal with a range of incoming enquiries
  • proficient in IT packages such as MS Office 365.
  • Minute taking
  • able to form and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, third parties and others
  • enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can do attitude.
  • able to streamline and improve operational processes.
  • Experience of Co-ordinating events/meetings including administration, promotion and attendance.
  • Supporting engagement of programmes including via membership, social media and producing newsletters.
  • Experience working with websites.
