The Membership and Storytelling Initiatives Development Officer role will sit within the strategic aims and outcomes of the ALLIANCE. This includes an emphasis on the voice of lived experience, person-centredness and human rights. A key responsibility of the Development Officer will be to maintain and develop the ALLIANCE’s membership and build on ALLIANCE storytelling initiatives.
The successful applicant must be able to travel throughout Scotland at times as the need arises. A flexible approach to working hours is therefore essential, as occasional additional hours and overnight stays may be required.

Interviews will be held on the week beginning 21 March. They will consist of a 5 minute presentation followed by competency-based questions.
