Our vision is a world without MND. Until that day comes, we’re here to help families in Scotland get the support they need, to make living with MND easier.
During the charity’s 40th anniversary year, it is a time to reflect on our experience in making a fundamental difference to people living with MND in Scotland; and a time to build for the future, ensuring we continue to offer relevant, accessible, and cohesive support whilst building robust and sustainable growth.
Everything we do, and the way in which we do it, puts the MND Community at our core. Your role is to provide strategic vision and leadership to the direction and development of MND Scotland’s support services. By doing so you will ensure they remain relevant, accessible, and equitable and that their focus is always on positive outcomes for people affected by MND. Everyone we support is an individual and your role will be to ensure our services are designed to support that.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will work strategically and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to support the development and implementation of our strategic and business planning processes. This role is about shaping, embedding, and delivering organisational strategy across the charity and identifying opportunities to positively impact all of our beneficiaries. As a result, you will also have a strong passion and commitment to help improve the lives of people living with MND across Scotland.
If you have the skills, experience, and passion to help us shape the MND Scotland of the future, now really is the time to join us.
