Role

We are looking for experienced individuals to fill exciting roles within our organisation.

Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Strategic Projects Officer is responsible for managing the delivery of Cairn’s strategic refurbishment and regeneration projects from inception to completion, ensuring that properties meet Cairn’s standards and are refurbished in compliance with any applicable Scottish Government Grant conditions and any other regulatory requirements. Responsible for assisting the in the development of project briefs and specifications as well as carrying out feasibility studies and option appraisals. Working to support the modernisation of Cairn’s housing for older people and other strategic refurbishment and regeneration projects across Scotland.

Due to the nature of the role there are a few things we require of you, you will need to hold a Full UK Driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle and you need to be Computer literate – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and internal systems are regularly required.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
