Looking for an Administrator role with a difference working in sport?

We are recruiting a Full Time Administrator who will support activities across RYA Scotland and will complement the other three members of the Administration Support Services Team.

This is not your standard Administrator role. The Administration Support Services Team provide a wide range of crucial administration and support services so that the organisation can develop sailing and boating opportunities in Scotland. We are looking for a proven multitasker with the ability to be flexible and cope with a busy and varied workload. You’ll be a problem solver who enjoys finding innovative solutions and working as part of busy team.

Therefore, we are looking for an individual who has:

• Extensive experience in similar roles with excellent organisational and administration skills.

• Excellent keyboard skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Teams, Sharepoint, Excel and Word.

• Excellent numerical and literacy skills to undertake wide range of tasks and ability to produce accurate work and work on own initiative.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines.

• A friendly, helpful and approachable manner when dealing with enquiries from members, clubs, volunteers and stakeholders.

• An ability to work as part of team.
