Role

Youth Navigator – One Community Scotland

Are you an experienced youth worker or do you have the energy and commitment for working with vulnerable young people? Could you help a young person make positive choices and achieve their full potential? If so, we are looking for a passionate, committed person to join our team as a Youth Navigator supporting young people out of the cycle of violence and/or gang activity.

This is a challenging but rewarding role as you have the opportunity to be a stabilising influence on a young person by walking alongside them and supporting them to achieve positive changes to their life.

Developed in partnership with the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit, One Community Scotland works with young people across the east end of Glasgow and beyond using a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.

This post is initially funded until March 2024, with extension subject to successful funding.
