One Community Scotland is looking for a Programme Support Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow.

One Community Scotland (OCS) is a youth-led organisation committed to supporting young people from ethnic minority communities to settle, participate and thrive in Scotland.

We work with young people from a range of backgrounds and circumstances, including New Scots, refugees and asylum seekers. Our programmes aim to reduce barriers, create opportunities and support young people to develop confidence, skills and positive connections within their communities.

About the Role

The Programme Support Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of OCS programmes.

Working closely with the Operations Lead, youth workers, programme staff and sessional workers, the successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, coordination and communications support across the organisation.

The role will include supporting programme activities and events, maintaining accurate records, coordinating sessional staff schedules, assisting with monitoring and evaluation, supporting organisational communications and managing social media.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be comfortable working independently while also being an effective member of a small team.
