What is the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as CRM Administrator. As a member of the Digital Services and IT Team and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Services and IT, you'll take on a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll become the go-to person and expert on our Dynamics CRM, working with stakeholders across our Organisation to support with CRM requirements, processes and workstreams. You'll be responsible for; maintaining the CRM system, making enhancements, promoting changes, monitoring end-user usage of systems and ensuring data integrity. Training will be provided where required.

This will be a varied, interesting and challenging role working with our Service Improvements Team and where appropriate external partners to optimise our processes and practices to support our front-line teams in delivering a first-class service to our Service Users. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference to the experience of Victims and Witnesses within the Scottish Criminal Justice system

You will be willing to travel to meet national requirements of the role.
