We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Housing Officer to provide a comprehensive housing and tenancy management service. This is a varied frontline role in which you will work closely with tenants, colleagues and partner organisations to sustain tenancies, protect rental income and help create safe, well-managed neighbourhoods.
You will manage your own workload and make sound day-to-day decisions within the relevant legal and regulatory framework. The role involves regular travel across our communities and visits to tenants in their homes, including responding calmly and professionally to complex or sensitive situations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into operational leadership. You may already be working as a Senior Housing Officer or Team Leader, or you may be an experienced Housing Officer with strong technical knowledge and experience of supporting and developing colleagues.
This is a key leadership role within our Housing Services team.
You will provide day-to-day management and support to our Housing Officers and Housing Assistant. You will help maintain high standards across tenancy management, rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, estate management and tenancy sustainment, while contributing to service improvement and positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
We are looking for someone who combines strong housing management expertise with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
