What does the role involve?
Post will require daily travel via a vehicle across West Dunbartonshire area. Due to the likely nature of referrals being for young people with complex needs, candidates should be trauma informed and be able to evidence their skills and knowledge in this area. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate skills in establishing positive working relationships with children, young people, parents and carers in order to achieve outcomes, alongside demonstrating personal resilience in their own ability to cope with and manage the challenges this role may bring for them on a daily basis.
