Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Champion: Recruit and support participants for fundraising events, including exciting challenge events and local activities.
  • Local Hero: Act as the go-to contact for all fundraising queries in your area, providing timely and helpful support.
  • Event Organizer: Plan, organize, and host engaging events to promote CrossReach and attract new donors.
  • Community Connector: Collaborate with community organizations and support corporate fundraising initiatives to broaden our reach.
  • CRM Guru: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring all communications are accurate and timely.
  • Safety First: Ensure all events comply with health and safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Educated to Higher/A level (or equivalent); a degree in events, communications, or fundraising is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven track record in recruiting participants and organizing successful fundraising events.
  • Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media management.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a car.
