Role

Partners for Inclusion is an independent charity providing individualised support for people with learning disabilities, and those experiencing problems with their mental health.

Our foundation is rooted in a human rights-based approach, we believe in enabling individuals to direct and control their support to meet their specific needs, choices, and aspirations.

An opening has arisen to join our experienced and established leadership team, working across Pan Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire, and Renfrewshire. As a Service Leader, your vision will shape, nurture and develop Support Practitioners to make a real difference and enable the person supported to live their best life.

About You

It is also important that you share our ethos and values which are at the heart of everything we do to ensure that we deliver high quality and consistent support.

Are you an inspirational leader with strong interpersonal skills who can work closely with the people we support, their families and teams, as well as multidisciplinary partners, to support and sustain the highest standards of practice within the health and social care sector.

This role will involve leading and overseeing several teams. You will have a person-centered and flexible approach, with a can-do attitude, supporting positive risk-taking, whilst promoting best practices in line with Health and Social

Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
