We have a caring, dynamic learning culture driven by a core set of values centred on inclusion and believe that people with support needs are more than capable of being active citizens in our society.

We support autonomy, work creatively and take risks wisely. We empower people we support and people who work for us and drive our organisation through a flat management structure.

Finance Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Finance Manager to join our small finance team within a well-established customer focused organisation, and to contribute to its future direction and success.

Directly line managing a team of finance professionals, you will support the Director of Finance & ICT in the delivery of an efficient financial management partnership to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders like Health and Social Care Partnerships. Ensuring timeous accurate financial reporting and control, monthly management accounts and reports. The role will also include the oversight and management of the in-house payroll function, and support the Director of Finance & ICT in the production of team development plans and identify process improvements.

The successful applicant must come with extensive experience of working in a finance role within a complex organisation, and be a fully qualified management accountant who holds a fully recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent.

A proven track record of developing and securing excellent business relationships both internally and externally is essential in addition to managing people successfully.

Support Advisor x 2

Reporting to Area Facilitator

Partners for Inclusion Group have an exciting opportunity within our Renfrewshire area. We are looking for 2 Support Advisors to join our Renfrewshire team based at Highmair, Renfrew. There will be occasional travel to our Kilmarnock office.

As a Support Advisor your duties will involve coaching and mentoring existing teams, identifying skills and areas for development to allow team members to reach their full potential and become self-managed around the people they support ensuring robust decision making is kept as close to the person being supported as possible.

Both Support Advisors will work alongside the Area Facilitator and teams to provide practical guidance and promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle for the people supported to meet their desired outcomes. You will have a flexible can do attitude and be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills, including self-reflection and development, for yourself and others.

The ideal candidate will have an SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this within the required timescales.

The successful candidates must also register with SSSC as a Supervisor in Care at Home and Housing Support Services on taking up the post. You will also need to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme. This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period.

Overview of the Role:

This represents an exciting time for our organisation and the Senior Development Leader is a key position within our team!

Development Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and professionally talented person to join our experienced and established management team in Kilmarnock.

As a Development Leader you will lead and manage a team of Support Practitioners working with supported people to make a real difference in their best life.

The Development Leader will report to the Senior Development Leader, and will be responsible for the daily management of services and their teams. Ensuring all team members are suitably trained, well supported and have the tools to carry out their role, to the best of their ability. You will also ensure that all aspects of support and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs and preferences of the people we support. You will also undertake on-call duties, outwith office hours for the Organisation.

About You

It is essential that you have good knowledge and experience of working within the health / social care sector, supporting people to live as independently as possible, including managing services and teams.

You should be able to demonstrate effective communication, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. You will be responsible for working with both internal and external partners. You will also be committed to person-centred planning, supporting positive risk taking and promoting best practice.

This role will involve aspects of overseeing a number of teams, having a flexible and fast paced approach, with can do attitude to team management will be required.

It is also important that you share our ethos and values which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality and consistent support.
