Your role as Occupational Therapist will focus on vocational rehabilitation, helping individuals with physical, mental or developmental conditions to regain or enhance their ability to achieve well paid, sustainable employment aligned to their vocational goals.

You will possess the skills and abilities to engage our participants, offering them an understanding of how they can adapt and develop strategies to manage physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioural and social difficulties associated with their health condition, delivering improved health and wellbeing.
Engaging with referral partners, colleagues, employers and stakeholders to promote the work that we do, you will be a confident communicator, with excellent presentation skills. You will be representing Enable Works and our clients in everything you do so you will need a professional, can-do attitude. Our reputation is important to us.
We have high expectations for our clients and you will be given a workplan with targets. We support you throughout, but you need to be comfortable working towards them.

Your role, as Employment Coordinator is to provide support to young people who have barriers to work, to make progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment. You will work in the local community engaging with young people face to face on a one to one and/or group basis to profile their skills and aspirations for work.
