Do you like solving problems, finding practical solutions, and making things happen?

Our Facilities team is growing, so we’re looking for a proactive, resourceful and adaptable Facilities Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Location

This role is based in Dundee with a mixture of home based and office working (a minimum of two days per week would be worked in our Dundee office). There will also be regular travel to other Cornerstone locations, so you’ll need a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

Travel expenses would be reimbursed as set out in Cornerstone’s expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation).

About the role

As our Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our properties and facilities across Scotland are safe, compliant, and operating at their best.

You'll be the person who spots issues before they become problems, coordinates solutions, and keeps multiple priorities moving forward.

Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers, you'll coordinate maintenance, manage records, support procurement activities, and help deliver high-quality facilities services across our organisation.

One day you could be arranging urgent repairs, the next supporting health and safety compliance, coordinating environmental initiatives, managing fleet administration, or resolving insurance queries.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
  • Stays calm, resilient, and adaptable when priorities change
  • Takes initiative and makes things happen
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Communicates confidently and enjoys working with others
  • Is curious, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done

What you’ll already have:

Demonstrable experience in a busy administrative or coordination role

Experience of balancing competing priorities while keeping things running efficiently

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft office and database

It would be great if you also have experience in facilities management, health and safety, procurement or property management, but this isn’t a deal breaker for the right candidate.

Why join Cornerstone?

  • Do work that matters – make a real difference
  • Supportive team and culture where you’re valued
  • Access to fully funded qualifications
  • No uniform – dress comfortably
  • 26 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays (rising with service)
  • Employee assistance programme (24/7 support)
  • Discounts on shopping, gyms, holidays and more
  • Long service recognition
  • Family friendly leave options
  • Recommend a colleague bonus scheme
  • A rewarding role, good benefits and a team that has your back
