Your Role
- Lead the Board in a collaborative, strategic way, optimising the talent we have.
- Champion tenant voice and community empowerment.
- Be a strong advocate of Riverside Scotland, promoting the organisation externally and engaging effectively with The Riverside Group as part of the Group’s wider governance community.
- Support innovation in housing, sustainability, and customer service working alongside the Association’s leadership team.

Linstone Housing Association is a customer centred, proactive and inclusive organisation. We manage over 1,500 housing association homes and provide factoring services to around 2,000 homeowners, primarily across Linwood and Johnstone in Renfrewshire.
This is an exciting time to join the Board as we prepare to launch our new five year Business Plan in 2026. The Board is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing performance and ensuring the Association is well governed. Thenue Housing Association has approximately 75 staff and provides high quality housing with a stock base of approximately 3,000 properties in our six main communities, as well as 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners within our communities and have around 45 sharing owners. Our housing stock ranges from Victorian sandstone tenements to 1930 “interwar” flats, along with a few listed buildings and new build properties developed by the Association. They are spread across several locations in Glasgow including Bridgeton, Calton, Cranhill, Castlemilk, Dalmarnock, Scotstoun, Baillieston and Blackhill.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist with significant Receptionist and switchboard experience in a busy office environment, to join our organisation. Strong administrative skills and experience of web-based Housing Management platforms would be beneficial.
It is a permanent, office-based post over five days: 21hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
With our part-time Receptionist, who works Thursdays and Fridays, plus an additional full-time Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front office as well as delivering excellent customer service.

Dalmuir Park Housing Association is entering an exciting new chapter. With a new Chief Executive recently appointed and a refreshed leadership structure being introduced, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Housing to play a central role in shaping the future of our organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role at a time of genuine transformation. You will lead our housing services, including housing management, income, tenancy sustainment, customer experience and community engagement. You will work closely with our newly established Head of Assets as part of a collaborative and forward thinking Leadership Team.
