On a path of growth, EYS is looking to appoint a Business Development and Impact Officer to lead and launch its social enterprise, manage impact evaluation, and communicate achievements. This pivotal role will drive income-generating activities to fund free community-based programmes, ensuring every child in Scotland has the best possible start in life. The Role

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Business Development and Impact Officer will play a key role in growing, launching and sustaining its social enterprise, developing services and programmes. The role will involve developing partnerships, advocate for meaningful community initiatives, and measuring and communicating project impact through data analysis and storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the third sector, particularly in social enterprise, community impact or similar fields, and demonstrate strong skills in impact evaluation, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management.

Incredible relationship-building skills is also key, balanced with the ability to deliver high-quality reports, managing multiple projects, and driving initiatives that align with Early Years Scotland’s mission and objectives.

Scottish Recovery Consortium (SRC) is looking for a pro-active, team player to join the team to work within our Prison and Healthcare project.

As an employee of the Scottish Recovery Consortium (SRC), reporting to the Prison Recovery Development Lead. The successful post holder will have a unique opportunity to work within Scottish Prisons establishments developing and promoting peer lead recovery initiatives, creating a culture of recovery across the Scottish prison service by supporting the development of an operational approach to the “Recovery from Within” project, which works in collaboration with all stakeholders and promotes a person-centred approach to Recovery

The role involves facilitate groups delivering SRC’s “Recovery from Within” learning offerings to residents and staff across the prison service with a focus on developing community assets and supporting sustainable peer led Recovery development within prisons.

Your role will be to:

· Facilitate the delivery of SRC “Recovery from Within” learning offerings to residents, staff and partners developing greater awareness of the experience of addiction and recovery within key institutions

· Build relationships that will support the continuum of recovery for residents which compliments the core work and traditional approaches of prisons, substance use services, criminal justice and healthcare systems.

You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people at risk of developing, or living with chest, heart and stroke conditions to live life to the full again. Our services form a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping people live a healthier life and supporting families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.

We are currently looking for a community gardener to help us move our project into the next stage of its development. You will have sound horticultural experience, preferably with experience of, or an interest in, food growing and wildlife gardening. A proven track record of developing and managing projects is also essential as is experience of working with volunteers/community work.

The role holder will use principles of community development combined with their horticultural skills to understand the collective needs of those at risk of developing and those living with our conditions to enable communities to improve their health and wellbeing through primary and secondary prevention via garden based activities. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys the outdoors, working with communities and has a creative vision to take our project to the next level.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering training courses/sessions to enable the EASE Project end users (AFTAR/CAB tenants of five partner Housing Associations, located throughout North Lanarkshire) to empower digitally excluded clients to claim online benefits, grants, offer IT sessions and employability sessions. The post- holder will have responsibility for planning group training sessions as well as one to one coaching sessions for the end users in their own home, or at community based venues or at partners’ premises. Learning will be evaluated through client user surveys and other feedback.

Owing to the flexible delivery nature of this project, a clean current driving licence and use of a car is required for this post.
