We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager for our portobello store. You’d be responsible for leading a team to engage with the community to deliver the set Key Performance Indicators. You will have the autonomy to be innovative in achieving your targets.
This position involves working 13 hours per week, scheduled over 2 out of 7 days, which include alternate weekends. The role requires a flexible approach, particularly providing cover during staff holidays or other absences.

The Health Defence Lead (Grampian & East) is a key role as part of the expansion of our Prevention Services. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Health Defence program within the designated areas as well as contributing to the overall offer across the country.
The role includes leading a team of Health Defence Coordinators, based in our hub venues, delivering health checks; healthy lifestyle workshops; working with key partner organisations and supporting lifestyle change to reduce the risk of our conditions in communities where there is a high prevalence of health inequalities and deprivation.
The role will involve regular travel to different locations, primarily across Grampian and the East of Scotland, overnight stays on occasion and would suit a flexibly minded and motivated individual who enjoys variety in their working week. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Health Defence Lead (West based) to optimise our profile and reach through our service offer.
The Health Defence Lead will also be expected to support the Deputy Head of Prevention Services with the integration of Health Defence across CHSS while working closely with colleagues across the wider services directorate to enable delivery of our No Life Half Lived strategy.

As a Stock Allocator, you will play a key role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be responsible for managing stock levels across multiple locations including the online shop, analysing sales trends and inventory data to make informed allocation decisions. Working closely with the new goods team and Retail teams, you’ll help optimise product availability, minimise stock imbalances, and support the achievement of sales and margin targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
