Role

Are you a proactive, enthusiastic person interested in working with us to deliver on our vision for social care and support in Scotland? We’re looking for someone who combines an interest in creative communications with strong administration skills to join us as our new Communications & Member Engagement Officer.

You’ll work in our Communications & Engagement team on our engagement with members, which includes overseeing our CRM. You’ll support us in developing content for our website, social media channels and publications. You’ll also field requests from media and parliamentarians, and work to ensure the smooth running of our internal and external events. Alongside membership and communications support, you’ll bring your skills to covering for our Administration Team when needed.

This could be an ideal role for someone interested in taking their first step into a communications-based position, with the opportunity for creative input and further development of skills and experience. Or perhaps you want to bring your existing skills to the social care sector.

The right candidate will join a talented staff team dedicated to amplifying the voices of our members and ensuring that not-for-profit social care providers have the right landscape to deliver the best possible support for people and communities in Scotland.
