The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is an independent membership organisation concerned principally with the education, training and assessment of Surgeons, Dental Surgeons and Doctors who are involved in the surgical care of patients. Founded in 1505, the College currently has a membership approaching 30,000 in approximately 100 countries throughout the world.

About the Role
the post holder will work with the education development, courses and event and elearning teams, providing administrative support for the development and delivery of the College’s educational portfolio.
Experience/Qualifications/Key Skills
You will have excellent communication and team working skills. You will be a proficient user of the MS Office suite and can prioritise your workload with minimum supervision. A high level of professionalism and diplomacy is required for the role as is a willingness to take on new challenges and be receptive to change.
An ideal candidate would have a good all-round education, including GCSE English at Grade C (or equivalent), or equivalent experience, proven administration skills, experience in managing databases and can communicate effectively at different levels.
