Role

CVS Inverclyde (CVSI) is pleased to invite applicants for the post of Volunteer Coordinator. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to assume responsibility for running the community aspect of the Isolate and Support and Humanitarian Aid Service. This service provides provision and support to vulnerable people throughout Inverclyde. The post holder will coordinate all aspects of the service so must be highly organised with excellent communications skills. The successful candidate will also coordinate the team of volunteers who are supporting the Covid-19 vaccination clinics throughout Inverclyde.

This is a 6-month fixed-term post that would be ideally suited to applicants with a good understanding of the local area. Also, we would welcome the potential for a 6-month secondment from another Third Sector organisation as an opportunity for mutual professional learning and development.
