Dyslexia Scotland aims to inspire and enable people with dyslexia to reach their potential in education, employment and life. We are looking for an experienced Volunteers Manager to join our small team of 7 working from our Stirling base.

Role Purpose
You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, training, nurturing and support of volunteers. You will have extensive experience of managing volunteers, delivering projects, running events and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a thoughtful team player with the drive and initiative to work with staff and volunteers as changemakers towards a dyslexia-friendly Scotland.
