Your role, as a Team Leader within our Supported Employment programmes across Aberdeenshire will be to work with a
caseload of clients as well as to support the team to provide high quality services through monthly caseload
reviews and leading by example. Working closely with the Performance Manager, the Employability Team Leader will
ensure commitment to the delivery model, helping to drive performance by supporting the client journey through
mentoring and coaching of Employment Coordinators.
You will work closely with local partners, including employers, funders and other stakeholders, developing
professional relationships that will offer a diverse range of experiences and opportunities.
