This is an exciting time to join Marie Curie in the role of IT Oracle Platform Manager. This role is to lead the continuous development of Marie Curie’s vision, strategy and roadmap for our Oracle platform, consisting of the EPM and HCM and systems. The IT Oracle Platform Manager will manage a more junior Oracle IT Support Analyst who has strong Oracle HCM skills and liaise with customer departments so that their needs are best meet and our services continually improved.
Being the technical owner of Marie Curie’s Oracle EPM and HCM services the IT Oracle Platform Manager will lead the junior Oracle IT Support Analyst and work with ‘super users’ in customer departments to set and own plans to most appropriately meet the organisation’s holistic requirements. The IT Oracle Platform Manager must have strong knowledge of the Finance orientated EPM and HR focused Oracle HCM systems, whilst exposure to the Procurement P2P suite would be an advantage.
What we are looking for:
A strategic thinker who will deliver change, who understands ‘what good looks like’, and how the benefits the Oracle platform can be fully realised for the charity. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the Oracle HCM and EPM systems and how to configure them, your ability to understand complex business processes, and your ability to communicate clearly and influence key stakeholders across the charity.
