We are looking to hire 3 Digital Services Coordinators to join our growing Digital Services team. The successful candidates will be joining our organisation at a time of exciting growth, where we are launching into new local authorities and developing our programme.
A Digital Services Coordinator is an IT Helpdesk role with a difference. As we’re a relationship based organisation, the key skill we’re looking for is effective relationship building. On a daily basis you will be providing systems support to our central team, our school based coordinators and our large community of volunteer mentors. You might come from a customer service or hospitality background but it’s likely you’re the go-to person for tech support for your family or friends. Tech savvy and a desire to learn are important but being the approachable face of our support team is vital.
You’ll focus on supporting one of three regions (West, North, East) with the opportunity to develop in technical specialisms such as drive structure and document control, device procurement and inventory management and website maintenance and security.
