The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Officer to help us provide an inclusive, welcoming, and consistently engaging customer experience for all audience members in the run-up to, and during the 2022 International Festival. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.
The Customer Experience Officer will need to act as a champion for customer service excellence within the organisation to ensure the audience experience is of the highest possible standard. Experience of coordinating access provision in a performing arts setting would be beneficial to the role.
