This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Impact and Evaluation Manager to join Marie Curie's Strategy and Impact team. In this role, you will bring your strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills to provide robust evaluations and strategic recommendations related to our work to internal and external audiences.
The Impact and Evaluation Manager will apply their quantitative and qualitative knowledge and skills to deliver high quality evaluations of our work. You will effectively manage externally commissioned evaluations and will help support teams of learn from our work and continually improve what we do. You will be a confident communicator, with experience of making recommendations to senior leadership team members. You will also play a leading role in embedding Marie Curie’s Impact Framework across the organisation.
By working with teams in a collaborative, constructive and proactive way, you will play an important role in building an evidence-driven organisational culture. You will provide advice to our operational colleagues to help them make the most of their data, and to use it to drive improvements in how we work. You will also be responsible for ensuring our processes and reporting are compliant with auditing requirements.
