MCR Pathways currently supports over 4,000 young people across Scotland and we’re expanding our team so that we can support even more. We are recruiting 5 Mentor Services Coordinators for Aberdeenshire, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, Glasgow, North Ayrshire regions to manage and engage with all mentors at different stages of their journey. Specifically from when they register an interest, through interview, training and to being matched with a young person.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and administration experience, be highly organised, and have excellent desktop and database skills with a real attention to detail.
