We have an exciting vacancy for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Nurse Director. We are looking for a highly skilled administrator who will provide high quality, professional executive support, and governance support to the CEND, Chair and Board of Trustees. You will be involved in a wide range of activities from complex diary management, secretariat support to the Board, through to supporting projects and co-ordinating large scale inspiring events. This is a strategic role which requires significant diplomacy as first point for contact for a range of stakeholders.
Being a small team, we also need someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves up and pitching in with whatever is required.
The post is full-time (37.5 hours), based mainly in our office in central Edinburgh, with scope for some flexible working from home. We are offering a salary of £33,901 - £35,119 depending on experience.
About you
