Role
We are looking for a Business Manager to join us. This role is new to the organisation which reflects our continued success as a TSI.
Your role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your role will be varied with accountability for the strategic leadership, continuous improvement and performance of multi-departmental functions - Finance & Administration, HR & Staff Wellbeing, Marketing & Communications, IT and Contract Management. You will also lead, manage and provide direction to a team of direct reports.
There will be times that you or the Operations Manager will have the opportunity to deputise for the CEO at events, presentations, Trustee meetings or for general day to day activities.
It is a diverse and exciting role with lots of variety and challenge. There is a lot to the role and whilst previous or similar experience is important, it is not essential. We want to ensure that we get the right person for the role and will provide learning and development to support.

These networks being known as local Consortia which operate across North Lanarkshire and support allocation of the Locality Activity Fund.
