About the Role
At this crucial time for young people’s mental health in Scotland, our work influencing policy at the highest level and shaping our own services has never been more important. The Youth Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of opportunities and activities to build and engage networks of young people across Scotland.
You will support young people working with SAMH to have a say on the things that matter most to them, involve them in the design and delivery of our work, and help them to become active citizens creating positive change. A key element of this will be coordinating SAMH’s first ever Young People’s Panel and working with our Youth Activists.

Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing unique support to people with severe and enduring mental ill health. What is the role
As a member of the Service Delivery team and reporting directly to the Head of National Programmes, you will play a vital role in driving innovation through developing new victim and witness-centred projects and programmes at Victim Support Scotland. This role involves in leading on the development of a new service providing a single point of contact for victims of children who have caused harm, you will bring substantial knowledge and experience of project development within the children’s sector to:
• Develop the process for victims to access information, advice and support where a crime has been perpetrated by a child, including routes to overcome barriers to access where appropriate.
• Negotiate interagency communications, data and information sharing protocols and consider to what extent information brokerage and victim advocacy may be required
• Develop systems and promotional tools (including digital and online) to ensure victims are aware of the new service, their rights and the support available to them
• Work collaboratively with victims of children who cause harm to develop the service
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project & Programme Manager, (12 month Fixed-term contract) working 35 hours per week.
Work pattern: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with occasional weekends and evening work.
What you’ll need to be successful
We are looking for an experienced and transformational leader. Working alongside colleagues and partner agencies to deliver high quality services for victims and witnesses. An innovative thinker with strong communication skills and experience of partnership working you will have a relevant bachelor degree and/or experience in relation to project management, social sciences, or related disciplines.
Salary: £34,974.73 - 46,187.00. Salary on appointment will normally be at the lower salary point, with progression subject to review - in line with VSS progression arrangements. A higher salary placing will be considered in exceptional circumstances subject to experience demonstrated.

About the role
ACOSVO is a small team with big aspirations and it is a very exciting time to join our team. We are seeking a Communications & Events Administrator to support the Communications & Events team to deliver our events programme as well as communicate marketing and informational materials to our Members and relevant parties.
Customer services skills are required as you will often be the first point of contact for our Members and other stakeholders. Carers Scotland is seeking a Senior Employment Manager to lead our work in supporting unpaid carers in employment and employability. The role includes managing and leading the Carer Positive scheme and Employers for Carers Scotland. You should be passionate about supporting unpaid carers to enter and remain in employment, where they want to start or continue their career. A confident, self-starter you should have considerable experience of managing programmes and projects, as well experience of income generation, including preparing bids for project funding. A strong network within the business community and an understanding of employment practice would be an advantage, as well as experience in public speaking and training. A good team player is a must.

West Lothian Youth Action Project (WLYAP) is an established West Lothian wide, Youth and Community based third sector organisation, with a reputation for positively engaging young people aged 10 -25 years, who are isolated from mainstream youth services. Our methods of approach are varied to maximise engagement. We are currently seeking youth workers to join our detached youth work team
Hours of work are Thursday and Friday evenings 6.30 – 10.00pm, Friday afternoons and Saturday afternoon/ evening. Shifts are flexible.
