Socialudo is recruiting a Development Officer to help grow and support our work with public and third sector organisations using serious games. We are a small social enterprise dedicated to helping organisations and communities achieve positive change through serious play.
The role of Development Officer is to grow and deliver our serious games for communities and organisations to support strategic development and community engagement. This new role will include both building new and existing relationships and partnerships, as well as delivering events and workshops, as part of the Socialudo team.
We are looking for a confident communicator with strong networking and relationship-building skills. You don’t have to be familiar with serious games, but experience of building relationships and partnerships with organisations will be important.
Socialudo is a fast-growing social enterprise with ambitions to create even more impact with our work. This exciting new role will be critical to those ambitions, and we are looking for the right person to help us achieve big things!

To develop, coordinate and deliver services and projects that align with PLUS’ strategic goals. We are looking to recruit a Residential Worker to join our team in Inverness, you will work 37.5 hours per week working in a residential house which is home for up to five young people. We have a core team of Residential Workers who support our young people, helping them to achieve and overcome the challenges they face. Working therapeutically with the young people our aim is to help the young people to develop their confidence and self-worth and therefore to maximise their potential and opportunities for living fulfilled and happy lives. As a Residential Worker, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our young people are working towards their goals through supporting them with different daily activities. These activities can include college, different hobbies and attending fun groups. Not without its challenges and demands, this is a highly rewarding role.
This service operates a residential rota and, as part of this, you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers. Shifts are set on a monthly basis, however may be altered to suit the needs of the service.

FEL Scotland is looking for a Project Officer to support delivery of our Trees for Goals project.
This exciting project uses grassroots sport as a gateway into climate action, linking goals scored on the pitch with trees planted in local communities. Working with sports clubs, partners and residents across Forth Valley, the project aims to increase climate awareness, encourage community climate pledges and support tree planting in areas with low tree canopy cover.
You will work closely with FEL colleagues and partner organisations including The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) and Forth Climate Forest to engage clubs and communities, coordinate activities and help deliver local impact.
We are looking for someone with strong people skills who enjoys community engagement and partnership working. Experience in community projects, climate action, sport, volunteering or environmental work would be valuable, but we welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds.

You will hold a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 9 or above and have knowledge of relevant legislation and digital records management including metadata schema.

Using your administrative experience, you will support the team with the management of meetings, documents, and diaries. You will complete data entry and retrieval to enable the development of required reports. In addition to managing digital information, requests, you will support the collation of information for subject access requests from those previously supported by Aberlour.
You will have good communication skills, be confident with IT having used Microsoft Office systems, digital information, enquiry processing and be able to prioritise tasks.
This is a part time post working 18.75 hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly, and home working arrangements are available although there will be a requirement to attend our office in Stirling on an ad hoc basis.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance and Corporate Services and lead the day-to-day operations of the Finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information, including management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and statutory reporting across the charity. You will also play a key role in driving finance transformation activity, including the implementation of new systems and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and Corporate Services and budget holders across the organisation, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight and guidance to support decision-making. You will lead on budget holder reporting and review meetings, support audit processes, and contribute to the development of financial policies, procedures, and a cost-effective procurement approach.
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong experience managing and developing finance teams. You will bring excellent technical knowledge, including an understanding of charity finance regulations, alongside strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, with the ability to drive change, improve processes, and deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
