We are delighted to be recruiting for a Supporter Experience Coordinator who will act as the first point of contact for supporters, handling enquiries, processing and reconciling donations, and maintaining accurate records using our CRM system. Please note, this role is part time (20 hours per week) and will require you to work two days in our Glasgow office and one day at home.

As a Supporter Experience Coordinator, you'll also support the delivery of supporter communications, materials and platforms, contributing to a positive supporter experience that reflects the heart of Mary's Meals.

Additionally, you'll work side-by-side with colleagues from across the Supporter Experience and Communications directorate ensuring a joined-up approach to all activities, through the integration of strong storytelling, marketing expertise and supporter engagement.
