About the Role:
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people within your service. You will manage and lead a team delivering quality housing support/accommodation and housing management service and to support people experiencing homelessness to build their skills and confidence to sustain their own tenancy. In Oban there are 2 services, Shore Street & Solas, and as such transitional work between the 2 services is required. This role is 35 hours per week and will be Monday-Friday.
Main Responsibilities:
As Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, manage and develop the staff team and others where appropriate (e.g. students, trainees etc.) to meet the objectives of the service, delegating tasks where appropriate.
- Promote and encourage the professional development of staff, including onboarding, supervision, core competencies, in-house training and external training.
- Ensure adequate staffing cover is provided for the service at all times by appropriate shift rotas and deployment of employees, both permanent and relief.
- Manage all aspects of the service in line with Blue Triangle, statutory and legislative requirements and take a lead role in the strategic development of the service.
About You:
- To join us, you need to have a genuine passion for helping people.
- You will already be a registered manager with the Scottish Social Services Council, hold a minimum of SCQF Level 7 (SVQ 3) in Social Care but willing to complete an SCQF Level 9 (SVQ4) as soon as possible and have experience of managing and motivating a team.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to undertake care practice in accordance with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) code of practice, National Care Standards, Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and the Associations policies and procedures.
- Ability to relate empathetically to people and recognise their right to choice and independence.
- Able to use Microsoft or equivalent applications competently.

About the Role:
The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
Main Responsibilities:
This Intensive Support Worker role working in the Kilmarnock area combines settled housing with person-centred, strengths-based and flexible support. This role involves working 17.5 hours per week on a rota covering various shift patterns including select weekend work. This role operates across Kilmarnock, with an office based at our Kilmarnock Bank Street service. The Intensive Support Worker will:
- Provide intervention and a range of supports for new referrals and existing Supported People in Blue Triangle’s supported accommodation services and move-on accommodation.
- To provide trauma-informed, person-centred, and wellbeing-focused support for people supported by Blue Triangle.
- To support, review, monitor and evaluate through our SHARP monitoring tool to achieve a positive person-centered outcome for the people we work with in line with Blue Triangle’s statutory and legislative requirements.
- To support people transitioning from supported accommodation into the local community or referred from other sources, helping them on their personal pathway towards a settled tenancy, building their tenancy and life management skills.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.
Main Responsibilities:
This Support Worker role at our CB Portwell service in Hamilton involves working on a 8 week rolling rota working various day shifts, including some weekends. There are currently two 20 hour per week positions available. The Support Worker will:
- work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
- support, review, monitor and evaluate through our case management system, to achieve a positive person-centred outcome for the people we work with in line with organisational, statutory and legislative requirements.
- maintain and update all recording systems and documentation in line with relevant policies, procedures and practice guidelines, including the occupancy agreement, within required timeframes.
- provide, plan and facilitate key work meetings, key work sessions, meetings, reviews and other internal/external meetings in conjunction with the person’s support plan.
- provide general advocacy and advice to the people we support, including assistance to enable them to meet the conditions of their occupancy agreements.

This Support Worker role working in the Kirkintilloch area combines settled housing with person-centred, strengths-based and flexible support. Both of these roles are outreach-based, working 35 hours per week on a rota, and will see the Support Worker providing support to individuals in their own tenancies. This role operates across Kirkintilloch, with an office based at our Industry Steet service. The Support Worker will:
