About the Service:
Midlothian Temporary Accommodation Partnership (MTAP) Covers a number of services, providing homelessness support, prevention, emergency and temporary accommodation across Midlothian. We provide Housing Support, Tenancy Support, Housing First and Temporary and Emergency Accommodation services, including self-contained flats for young people and families, as well as emergency accommodation hostels.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a values-led, compassionate and confident Team Leader to oversee a number of services within the Midlothian area on a 6-month temporary contract. Someone who can provide strong leadership while keeping the people we support at the heart of everything they do.
Experience within homelessness is welcomed, but it isn’t essential. We recognise that strong leadership skills are transferable from other sectors. What matters most is that you share our values of Compassion, Respect and Thrive, are willing to learn and can lead and develop others
