Role
At Venture Trust, we are looking for Outdoor Therapists in Fife on a 3-year fixed term basis (April 2026 – March 2029).
Our Outdoor Therapists work with young people aged 10-18 years experiencing complex life circumstances. They provide Outdoor Therapy in the hope to support clients to move forwards in ways that are meaningful for them. They work with clients to explore and reflect through individual therapy, which is offered mostly outdoors in urban greenspaces, and on occasion, online.
Our Outdoor Therapists:
- are counsellors / therapists registered with an appropriate professional body who can work thoughtfully and ethically with a client group that can have complex clinical presentations
- are able to work individually to meet the specific needs of their clients whilst maintaining high professional standards
- have personal or professional experience of outdoor environments and will have the capacity to articulate the reasoning behind working therapeutically in natural environment
- be able to work reflectively and effectively within a team and be committed to working towards the aims of the service and the organisation
Ideal candidates will have:
- experience working with children and young people aged 10-18 years in a supportive or therapeutic role
- have had training and experience of working with complex trauma presentations
- experience or desire to support working in outdoor environments

Regen:FX Youth Trust is recruiting two Workforce Development Trainers to deliver a new, South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership (SLADP) commissioned training programme across South Lanarkshire. These roles will design and deliver stigma‑free, trauma‑informed and rights‑based training for the alcohol and drug workforce as well as wider practioners who support people affected by alcohol and substance use.
You’ll deliver engaging face‑to‑face and online training, work alongside people with lived experience, and support the workforce to feel confident, informed and supported in practice.

As a Workforce Development Trainer within Regen:FX, you will be central to delivering a new, high-impact training service that goes beyond traditional training delivery. You will help shape a programme that is community-centred, trauma-informed, stigma-free and firmly grounded in human rights.
Training will support practitioners across statutory and third sector services to feel confident, skilled and supported when working with people affected by alcohol and drug use.
You will design and deliver training that feels human, accessible and relevant, whether delivered face-to-face in community settings, online via live sessions, or through e-learning modules. Lived and Living Experience (LLE) will be embedded throughout content development and delivery, ensuring authenticity and credibility.
You will also play a role in developing and maintaining e-learning content, ensuring digital learning remains engaging, accessible and aligned with the AAAQ Framework (Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability and Quality).

Job Overview
This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership. You will oversee people management, rotas, quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance, while working closely with the CEO on risk, improvement priorities, and service development.
The Service Manager holds day-to-day accountability for operational delivery, quality, staffing - working in partnership with the CEO on strategic and organisational risk. They will also deputise for the CEO when they are on leave.
This role requires someone who can work with a high degree of autonomy, make sound judgements under pressure, and establish strong operational grip quickly (with an agreed 30/60/90 day plan).

The Non-Executive Director Role
Non-Executive Directors are collectively-responsible for the governance and strategic direction of Open Door
Scotland. This is a role of responsibility and trust, with legal duties and accountability for the organisation’s financial
