Background
Intergenerational practice brings together people from different generations intentionally to build meaningful, purposeful relationships. By creating regular opportunities for shared learning, creativity, and collaboration, intergenerational work helps break down barriers, reduce ageism, and strengthen community connections.
Generations Working Together supports this work across Scotland by delivering training, providing resources, running local and thematic networks, and developing pilot projects. We connect practitioners, volunteers, and organisations, helping them share skills, develop ideas, and create community-led solutions. Through this support, we promote trust, respect, and lasting relationships between generations.
Overview of Post
The Finance Officer plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial management of Generations Working Together. This post is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our financial systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and supporting the production of reliable management accounts.
Working closely with the CEO, Treasurer, and wider staff team, the Finance Officer ensures that our financial processes are robust, transparent, and aligned with regulatory requirements. The role also supports colleagues with budgeting for funding applications and financial reporting, helping to ensure strong financial stewardship across the organisation.

The Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for SUSE, ensuring the organisation continues to grow its impact, influence and effectiveness.

• be accountable for organisational performance, financial management and reporting to funders
• lead, support and inspire the staff team
• work closely with the Board, members, partners and employers
• champion supported employment nationally as a proven, effective model

• oversee the adoption of the SUSE Supported Employment Quality Standard
• support the continued development of the Professional Development Award in Supported Employment
• grow and strengthen SUSE’s employer consultancy offer, APT

The Butterfly Trust is the lead provider of social and psychosocial support for people affected by Cystic Fibrosis throughout Scotland. We provide a comprehensive range of outreach services for all ages of people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families across Scotland.

The Adult Services Manager is responsible for providing a range of services to adults affected by Cystic Fibrosis, including direct support for carers and supervision of volunteer mentors who provide direct support them.
They will work in collaboration with specialist medical personnel to ensure provision of professional and integrated medical and social support services as well as liaising with Social Care Services, Local Authorities and other relevant specialist agencies, as required.
Full driving licence and a car is essential.
For this regulated work the successful candidate will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership which will be paid for by the Trust.

Job Overview
As a Community Hubs Development Officer you will be responsible for promoting, managing and organising LEAP’s facilities within South Lanarkshire and will take the lead in developing them as a thriving social enterprise, including:
- Developing policies and procedures.
- Providing advice and support.
- Facilitating community engagement ensuring the needs of the community are met.
- Supporting infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
- Building capacity to maximise utilisation and income generation.
- Preparing and presenting reports.
- Promoting the use of the hubs.

Youth and Community Development Officer: Online and Outreach Team
