To assist in running the Grassy Riggs older people’s drop in. Ensure that older people and carers are well supported by the project. To be an effective team player in the Project. To give regular practical information and support on social care issues and issues of poverty to our members, carers, volunteers and their families.

We are looking for an effective programme management expert to support the delivery of a new model of community transport across Dumfries & Galloway. Our new colleague will support the delivery of our Social Enterprise Strategy through the development of resources and models of advice for new and existing social enterprises to help them grow and develop. As a great communicator and someone who thrives in developing new connections and relationships, the Officer will also be involved in events and projects for the third sector working with colleagues across the organisation.

We’re looking for a colleague passionate about wellbeing who will support third sector organisations to contribute to building community health and wellbeing across Dumfries and Galloway. Our new colleague will be central to supporting our developing activity across a significant sector, including developing materials and resources, coordinating events and communicating with the sector and our partners. As someone who can thrive in the planning, organisation and communication of plans and activities, the Co-ordinator will also be involved in sector events, forums and projects working with colleagues across the organisation.
