Sacro’s mission is to deliver life-changing services that empower people, give hope and protection, and help to build safe communities.

The Stirling Extended Wellbeing Service (EWBS) is aimed at supporting the work of our well established Caledonian Women and Children’s service

The EWBS Support Worker and the woman would work together and maintain focus on mental health and wellbeing, empowerment, personal growth and independence. The EWBS support worker will regularly link in with our Caledonian Women’s Service to ensure that risk and safety continue to be monitored.

We are looking for candidates who have a sound knowledge of domestic abuse (what it is and how it works) and who understand the effects on the women and children we support.

They will need to be an effective communicator, highly organised and have effective casework management skills. They will work closely with other partners and agencies and be expected to ensure the continued development of good partnership working.
