This newly created position seeks an energetic and compassionate professional to help support Haemophilia Scotland members and their families, addressing the financial challenges and risks contributing to vulnerability. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing economic stability, fostering resilience, and contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of our community.
As a small charity, our work is both diverse and gratifying, presenting unique challenges that require innovative solutions. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years' experience in delivering expert advice on welfare rights, including appeals tribunals. The ideal candidate will possess strong community engagement and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a particular sensitivity and empathy for individuals managing long-term health conditions. Additionally, the preferred candidate will bring knowledge and experience in developing and presenting training workshops focused on financial wellbeing and other health-related topics.
