We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us. You’ll be right at the heart of our finance operations – keeping our records in great shape and helping us make smart financial decisions that support the important work we do.

What we need done:

We’re looking to hire an experienced Finance Business Partner with the hands-on approach, organised, detail-focused, and love making numbers work.

  • Making sure all transactions are recorded properly in the right ledgers
  • Supporting and managing our awesome Finance Officers to keep performance high
  • Preparing things like VAT and Gift Aid returns using our financial data
  • Helping pull together our annual accounts in line with the right regulations and standards
  • Handling our debtors, creditors, and cash – making sure everything is billed correctly and we’ve got a good cash flow
  • Working with different teams to keep the financial side of things ticking over smoothly

Who You Are:

You don’t need to tick every single box – but here’s what we think would make you a great fit:

You’ve either got finance qualifications or have solid experience in finance (both work for us)

You know your way around integrated ledger systems

You’re comfortable handling a lot of documents and data

You’re confident talking finance with both finance and non-finance people (those who run screaming at the mention of numbers)

You can stay organised and know how to get priorities straight
