As the Practice and Quality Development Facilitator, you will have responsibility for leading and supporting a wide range of projects and activities ensuring that staff are supported to deliver the highest standard of care across our Inpatient, Hospice at Home, and patient and family support services.

The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record of leading clinical initiatives, confident in delivering education and training, and experience in successfully implementing change in a healthcare setting. You should have excellent organisational, and communication and be able to act as a positive role model.

You should be able to recognise and balance the need for support and challenge, facilitate critical reflection, and be able to support the development of the hospice team. You will be committed to the ongoing support of our learning and development, quality improvement vision day to day in line with strategic aims.

CHSS is seeking a strong leader who has knowledge and experience of implementing and maintaining quality assurance frameworks and processes, including clinical governance. Confidence in IT skills and experience working to a high professional standard using own initiative is essential.
